† Call to Worship
Leader: It is time now to enter into Holy light.
People: We gather now to join our hearts.
Leader: This is the Lord’s day and the Lord’s hour.
People: From our homes we enter His sacred space.
Leader: We are united by our faith.
People: The Lord is amongst us.
All: We come for rest, renewal and sanctuary. We come to worship Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
† The Prayer of Adoration (In unison) Great God of all time and all creation we adore you. You have made the blind to see, the lame to walk, you have raised the dead to life. You are our constant guide through the journeys of our life and you are our salvation for eternity. You are the light that leads and fills us. In the shadows of doubt, in our tears and uncertainty your light gives us hope and leads us to you. Our soul longs after you and our love for you is boundless. Amen.
†Hymn of Adoration # 626 As the Deer (several times)
Prayer of Confession (In unison) Loving God, you are our heart’s desire but we can be weak. We can fill our minds with doubts, fears, worries, and frustrations. Life can weaken our resolve and we forget we are yours. We forget to forgive. We do not live as we should, we do not love as we should, we do not take strength from your promise to be with us always. In our confusion we put ourselves first. Lord we now offer our silent prayers of confession… (In unison) Lord we thank you for your grace and pray that you strengthen us to live as Christ lived. Help us to carry your light and mercy to this frightened world. In his name, we pray. Amen.

Songs
As the deer pants for the water, So my soul longs after You. You alone are my hearts desire, And I
long to worship You. You alone are my strength, my shield, To You alone may my spirit yield. You
alone are my hearts desire, And I long to worship You
#452 Open the Eyes of My Heart
Open the eyes of my heart, Lord, Open the eyes of my heart, I want to see You,
I want to see You, To see You high and lifted up, Shining in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love, As we sing holy, holy, holy
holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, I want to see You
#661 His Eye is on the Sparrow
1. Why should I feel discouraged, Why should the shadows come, Why should my heart feel lonely,
And long for heaven and home, When Jesus is my portion, My constant friend is He
[Refrain]
His eye is on the sparrow, And I know He watches me, His eye is on the sparrow, And I know He
watches me, I sing because I'm happy, I sing because I'm free
for His eye is on the sparrow, And I know He watches me
2. “Let not your heart be troubled,” His tender word I hear, And resting on His goodness, I lose my
doubts and fears; Though by the path He leadeth, but one step I may see; [Refrain]
3. Whenever I am tempted, whenever clouds arise, When songs give place to sighing, when hope
within me dies, I draw the closer to Him, from care He sets me free; [Refrain]
Come and fill our hearts with your peace. You alone, O Lord, are holy,
Come and fill our hearts with your peace, Al-le-lu-ia
We lift our voices, We lift our hands, We lift our lives up to You, We are an offering. Lord use our
voices, Lord use our hands, Lord use our lives they are Yours, We are an offering, All that we have,
All that we are, All that we hope to be. We give to You, We give to You, We lift our voices, We lift our
hands. We lift our lives up to You, We are an offering, We are an offering
1. O Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder, Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed
[Refrain]
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art
2. When through the woods, and forest glades I wander, And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur, And hear the brook, and feel the gentle breeze., [Refrain]
3. And when I think of God, His Son not sparing, Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing, He bled and died to take away my sin. [Refrain]
4. When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation, And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart,
Then I shall bow in humble adoration, And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art. [Refrain]
